Student Access

Students can access TUpay directly by clicking TUpay.  Alternatively, students can perform the following steps:

1. Login to TUPortal
2. Select Cost & Aid
3. Select TUpay

If you forget your accessnet name and/or password, you can contact the Help Desk at 215-204-8000 or TUhelp.

Authorized Payer (Parent) Access

Students first must grant Authorized Payer access to parents and/or guardians. Select Authorized Payer Setup for more information. 

Authorized Payers access TUpay by following the steps below: 

1. Go to the Temple TUpay site
2. Select Authorized Payer
3. Login with the login name and password 

Authorized Payers can select ‘Forgot Login Name’ or ‘Forgot Password’, if needed.
