Student Access

Students can access TUpay directly by clicking TUpay.  Alternatively, students can perform the following steps:

1. Login to TUPortal
2. Select Cost & Aid
3. Select TUpay

If you are a former student and no longer have access to TUPortal, follow the steps below to access TUpay to make a payment:

1. Select TUpay Former Student
2. Enter the requested information and hit submit
3. When directed to TUPortal, select Self-Service Banner under TUapplications
4. In Self-Service Banner, select:
   1. Student
   2. Student Account
   3. TUpay

Former Student Payment Plan

If you are unable to pay your outstanding balance in full, you may be permitted to enroll in the former student payment plan. Only former students that are not placed with a collection agency are eligible to enroll. 

The former student payment plan allows for customization of payment terms and due date.  A fee of $50 is assessed to activate the plan and all payments are automatically deducted from your account each month.
